Primary Survey

  • Life-threatening injuries such as tension penuothorax or cardiac tamponade are rapidly evaluated and corrected

Secondary Survey

  • Head-to-toe examination
  • Laboratory & imaging examinations exclude / confirm clinical diagnoses
