Prepare equipment using Broselow tape:
- Predicted size of endotracheal tube including one ETT size above and below
- 2 working laryngoscopes (size-appropriate blades)
- Working suction (size-appropriate tips)
- Self-inflating bag connected to high-flow oxygen
- CO2 detector (colorimetric or continuous)
- Eschmann stylet and alternative airway equipment
- Drugs to be used for the procedure and resuscitation drugs
- EKG, SaO2, BP, NIBP monitoring
